Privacy Statement

We collect personal information from you, including information about your name and contact information. We collect your personal information in order to complete independent investigations and deliver training courses. Besides our staff, we share this information with organisations that engage us to carry out investigations in order that they can assess the information collected. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter the information requested, we may be unable to complete a full investigation. We keep your information safe by storing it behind secure firewalls and only allowing access to directors of Professional Insight Limited. We keep your information for only as long as necessary and then we securely destroy it. We use Google Analytics to better understand our website traffic, and what is and isn’t working well on our website. Google Analytics places a cookie on your computer that helps it measure data such as how many visitors we get, what they look at, how long they spend on the site and what country they are from. None of this data is personally identifiable to us (i.e. we can’t see your name and contact details, just your IP address, which is available to every website you visit regardless of whether they use Google Analytics). You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact Bindy Tatham, Privacy Officer at us at [email protected] or 021735153. 8 March 2022
